The key objective: Market Entry and success in the market with the client
We want to bear our responsibility for the client's success. Success, moreover, is not a one-off achievement, but a concept that must be developed and updated continuously.
In each Northeast PassageTM project we aim at two connected results:
- First, we want to succeed with our client in the market. That's why our target is a success bonus accumulated in the implementation stage, which is tied to results and time and whose principles are tailored on a client-specific basis. It's for this reason that we do lots of practical work with the client to strengthen operational activity. This is done particularly with the client's sales organisation.
- Furthermore, work continues. Unlike one-off consultants, whose interest in the work ends with the final invoice, we seek to remain a trusted partner of our clients to safeguard the continuation of the rise in value created and to follow new success stories. This often means implementation of the new chosen strategy at all levels of the organisation.
After a productive effort, stopping is a strategic mine that many a company has stepped on. We ensure further progress by tracking new concepts while the previous project is still under way.
