Eera always forms for the client an individual team of experienced consultants, which works with the client. This team shapes growth strategies side by side with the client's organisation and discusses them at agreed intervals with the client's management group.

Eera's working process has been named the Northeast PassageTM. The Northeast PassageTM is a three-stage exploration, conceptualisation and implementation mode for new business operations. As the outcome of the Northeast PassageTM process, we facilitate the practical realisation of business concepts whose estimated turnover over a five-year period is significant relative to the client's present level of business.

We work on the most demanding assignments, so we can with good reason believe that our clients are true masters of their own fields. The key points of departure in developing operations are therefore to be found in the client's current situation, expertise and methods as well as tendencies associated with the client's essential nature. The future is built on these tried and tested competencies.

Every customer, however, has two barriers to overcome:

  1. The time available to shape the company's future is always too short.
  2. Evaluating one's own operations and opportunities on an independent basis from within one's organisation is a very difficult task.

Our clients need our help to fill these gaps. In this way, a natural division of roles is formed on the route leading to the Northeast PassageTM.

  1. The client is the key source in questions relating to its own operations and history.
  2. Eera brings the necessary time and thereby an external perspective – in practice, a number of external perspectives - on the evaluation of the points of departure offered by the client's operations and on the shaping of new identified opportunities.
  3. The client's task is to evaluate progress and the proposals made as well as to implement and utilise them, supported by Eera, as required.
